We provide specialised company law services - including company registrations, advice, legal drafting and company secretarial services - to clients who would like to start, or who already run, community, social or charitable enterprises.

Community Companies CIC deals exclusively with community and charitable companies, and is itself registered as a Community Interest Company. We do not deal with commercial or for-profit organisations; all of our business is conducted with a view to providing the best service possible for community, social and charitable enterprises and the people who are involved with them.

As such, we provide most services at as close to cost price as possible, and undertake work on both a heavily discounted and pro bono basis where appropriate.

We have experience in registering and dealing with numerous different types of community and charitable organisations, including charities and charitable companies, Charitable Trading Companies (CTCs), Community Interest Companies (CICs), Industrial and Provident Societies (IPSs), co-operatives, and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs). We will also offer similar services for Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs) when they become available.
